Vai precisar de…
200g de farinha de milho
700ml de Água
2 colheres de cafezinho de sal
20gr de manteiga
25 gr queijo pecorino ralado ou parmesão
Vamos começar…
1- Numa panela, coloque a água para ferver com sal e metade da manteiga.
2- Quando a água levantar fervura….
3- Adicione a farinha de milho, e mexa vigorosamente com um fuê ou uma colher de pau até que fique tudo bem misturado.
4- Abaixe o fogo, e cozinhe mexendo de vez em quando por cerca de 40 minutos, ou até que esteja com sabor de cozida.
5- Adicione o queijo e a manteiga restante, mexa por mais 2 minutos e sirva quente.
A Polenta pode ser servida de diversas maneiras, com feijão, molho de tomate, salsichas, um carne assada….!!!!

Vc pode diminuir a quantidade de água, colocar 400 a 500ml para 200g de farinha de milho e deixar cozinhar em fogo baixo, até que a farinha esteja cozida. Coloque primeiro 400 ml de água e veja o ponto, se achar necessário coloque mais 50 a 100ml de água quente, e mexa até que incorpore na massa, não tem problema colocar mais água durante o cozimento.
