Vai precisar de…
1 lata de creme de leite
1 lata de leite condensado
1 colher de sobremesa rasa de manteiga
200g de biscoitos champagne
170g de chocolate meio amargo em barra + 1/2 pacote para raspar e enfeitar (opcional)
1 1/4 de xícara de vinho para sobremesa (Usei o vinho Aurora Colheita Tardia, suave, muito bom!)
1/4 de xícara de leite para o brigadeiro
1/4 de xícara de leite para o chocolate

Vamos começar!
1- Coloque o creme de leite e a barra de chocolate em uma panela para fazer banho-maria em temperatura baixa. Deixe até derreter depois coloque 1/4 de leite, misture e reserve.
2- Enquanto isso, coloque em outra panela o leite condensado e a manteiga. Leve ao fogo médio e mexa sem parar, até dar ponto de brigadeiro mole depois disso, coloque 1/4 de leite, mexa até misturar e coloque na travessa que vai montar o pavê.
3- Coloque o vinho em um prato de sopa ou alguma travessa um pouco funda e molhe nele os biscoitos champagne. Veja no filme. Conforme for molhando, coloque-os por cima do brigadeiro branco. Por último, coloque o chocolate derretido. Você terá três camadas: brigadeiro branco, biscoito champagne e chocolate. Leve à geladeira por 4 horas antes de servir e está pronto! Se quiser, enfeite com raspas de chocolate amargo.
