Você vai precisar de…
1 colher de sopa de azeite de oliva
1/2 kg de cenoura
1/2 cabeça de alho
1/2 colher de cafezinho de sal
15 azeitonas pretas sem caroço cortadas ao meio (usei as pequenas portuguêsas)
Vamos começar…
1- Lave, raspe e corte as cenouras no sentido do comprimento em 4 a 6 tiras cada, se usar as mini cenouras corte-as ao meio.
2 – Descasque e corte os dentes de alho ao meio. Reserve.
3- Numa frigideira em fogo médio coloque o azeite de oliva, espere aquecer por 5 minutos, coloque as cenouras e mexa até que fiquem lambuzadas com o azeite, abaixe o fogo para médio/baixo, tampe a panela e deixe cozinhar por 15 minutos mexendo de vez em quando.
4 – Depois, junte o alho, o sal e mexa. Diminua o fogo para baixo/médio, deixe a panela destampada e deixe cozinhando até que as cenouras estejam quase caramelizadas e o alho mole e macio (cerca de 15 a 20 minutos mais)
5 – Espalhe as azeitonas por cima, mexa e verifique o sal.
Sirva quente ou em temperatura ambiente.
