Vai precisar de…
90g de farinha de trigo
60g de manteiga
30g de açúcar refinado
1 colher de sopa rasa de leite
1/2 colher de chá de canela
Farinha para abrir a massa
Vamos começar!
1- Peneire a farinha e a canela em um recipiente e acrescente o restante dos ingredientes: açúcar, leite e manteiga. Misture tudo com as mãos até os ingredientes incorporarem e virarem uma massa uniforme, macia e amanteigada.
2- Pré-aqueça o forno a 200ºC.
3- Enfarinhe a bancada da cozinha (pedra) com farinha de trigo e abra a massa com um rolo de macarrão. Por ser amanteigada, é possível que a massa grude no rolo, então, se for necessário, passe farinha nele também.
4- Quando a massa estiver aberta com cerca de 3mm de espessura, corte-a em vários círculos com a boca de um copo redondo. Em seguida, retire as sobras de massa e corte os círculos em 4 pedaços utilizando uma faca, para que cada um deles forme 4 leques.
5- Com o auxílio de uma faca, desgrude os leques da bancada com cuidado e coloque-os em uma assadeira sem untar. Leve ao forno pré-aquecido por 10 minutos e está pronto! Os leques ficarão dourados embaixo. Arrume-os em um prato e, se quiser, polvilhe-os com açúcar refinado para enfeitar. Aproveite!!! É maravilhoso com chá, cafezinho ou puro mesmo!!
