1 melão
1 colher de sopa de açúcar
1 limão siciliano
Vamos começar!
1- Lave o melão, corte-o ao meio e retire suas sementes. Em seguida, corte suas metades em fatias de cerca de 5cm, passe uma faca entre a polpa e a casca para separá-las e descarte as cascas. Corte cada fatia da polpa do melão em 3 a 4 pedaços e coloque-os no liquidificador com 1 colher de sopa de açúcar e 1 limão siciliano espremido.
#DicaDaTia: nós batemos metade do melão e depois acrescentamos o resto, pois ele não caberia inteiro no copo do liquidificador
#DicaDaTia: limão siciliano tem bastante caroço, então coloque uma peneira ou sua própria mão embaixo do sumo quando estiver espremendo, para descartar os caroços.
2- Bata a mistura até o melão ficar homogêneo, como um creme. Coloque em um recipiente, cubra com papel filme e leve ao freezer por, pelo menos, 2 horas.
3- Depois das 2 horas, retire-o do freezer e bata novamente no liquidificador. Volte ao recipiente, cubra com papel filme e deixe mais 24 horas no freezer. Retire, bata pela terceira vez e volte ao freezer. Quando endurecer, está pronto! Bom apetite!
